Mike “Woody” Woodhouse is a retired U.S. Army lieutenant colonel, certified defense strategist, speaker, and award-winning author of SEAM: The Adaptive Strategy Framework for Leaders.
Over more than two decades, his work has spanned air and missile defense, coalition planning at NATO’s Allied Rapid Reaction Corps, warfighter integration at the Space Development Agency, and leadership in the defense industry.

Woody brings that perspective to audiences facing their own uncertain environments. His message is practical: build direction, take action, assess honestly, and adapt as conditions change.
Service beyond the uniform.
He co-founded The Patriot Bros. Association to support the Air Defense community, co-founded SPEDUCATION Inc., and runs Casa di Legno Design. His creative work includes mission artwork flown on SpaceX Falcon 9 fairings for the Space Development Agency.
Raised in Corning, New York, Woody holds a marketing degree from Niagara University and graduate degrees in leadership and military arts and science. He lives in Northern Alabama with his wife Stacey and their two sons.
